Keeley Rebecca Hazell was born on September 18, 1986, in Lewisham, London, England. She grew up in Grove Park and attended Ravensbourne School in Bromley. Keeley was the youngest child of Amber and Roy Hazell, and she has an older sister named Roxanne.

Keeley Hazell started her career in the entertainment industry at a young age. At just 17, she won The Sun's Page 3 Idol competition in 2004, which led to a modeling contract with the popular British tabloid.
